Planning to re-open your Lincolnshire business? Make sure you let people know!
We hope as you are reading this, you are all keeping well. None of you will need us to tell you how strange and uncertain the last few months have been, with so many local businesses having to suspend trading.
Many of you have been in touch in recent weeks with job requests and enquiries, continuing to support us as a local, independent small business. As always, we are incredibly grateful, and it is more important now than at any time we can remember, that we all continue to do exactly that.
Little things help a lot, like fetching your bacon from the local butcher rather than the supermarket, if you can. What may seem like a small gesture goes a long way with small business, particularly at a time like this.

One less pleasing aspect of the wider response to the pandemic has been the opportunistic behaviour of some traders who have seemingly sprung up out of nowhere. Price gouging has been the order of the day for some, with outrageous prices charged for similar items to the ones pictured above.
Legitimate signage production and installation work has been necessitated by recent events and as always, we are delighted that people place their trust in us to undertake these jobs. What we will not do however, is join in with the online bandits seeking to exploit a dire situation by charging extortionate prices.
Since 1996, our simple ethos has been to deliver quality goods and services at a fair price and that will not alter.
Many of you will be making plans to re-open your doors to the public over the coming weeks and will be looking for additional health and safety signage. Please do not get ripped off online by unscrupulous chancers. As has always been our practice, we will respond to any enquiry with a fair quotation based on the quality of materials we use. If you do choose Sign Shop Lincoln, we will do our best to accommodate your needs in terms of urgency.
Similarly, some businesses have been undertaking re-branding exercises recently. Whether that consists of a complete refresh of all your signage, stationery and anything else bearing your company name and logo, or the simple but highly effective move of installing a striking new sign above your entrance, please get in touch with us on 01522 501080 to discuss your ideas.
Consider roadside ‘A-frame’ signs to alert those passing that you are open for business, particularly if you do not have a prominent location. Many companies situated in trading estates utilise these on the nearest main road to their premises. They are a cost-effective and highly impactful way of drawing attention. If you are re-opening, make sure you let as many people know as you can. Contact us for details.
Once again, allow us to wish you the very best of health in the coming weeks and thank you for your continued support.
